Clear lemon; aromas of lemon blossom, green apple and pear with subtle baking spice. Medium–full, creamy mid-palate, chalky minerality, bright acidity and a long, silky lemon-tinged finish.

Organic viticulture; whole-bunch direct pressing, decanting, must moved to oak (25% new) for natural fermentation; 12 months on lees in barrel, then 4–6 months in stainless tank.
