Concentrated black cherry and bilberry fruit with white pepper, a hint of black olive and earth. Medium-bodied, very fine firm tannins, balanced acidity and a mineral, persistent finish.

Hand-harvested; partial de-stemming (c.30–60%); slow temperature-controlled maceration (~20 days); aged ~15–18 months in oak (≈25% new); minimal sulfur use and limited racking before bottling.

Small family domaine run by Jean‑Marc and Anne‑Marie Vincent (~5 ha). Les Gravières parcel is the estate's oldest Pinot plot (~70 years), inherited from Jean‑Marc’s grandfather; estate established in the late 1990s.
