Concentrated black- and blue-fruit (cassis, black cherry) with violet, cracked black pepper, olive and smoked-meat notes; silky, focused palate with fine, polished tannins and a saline, long finish (ageworthy).

Western: roast leg of lamb, grilled ribeye, beef short-rib ragu, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, Cantonese char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), spicy Sichuan beef or braised beef bowls.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Syrah; portions vinified with whole-bunches (~1/3), fermented in stainless and matured in mixed oak casks (20–30% new; 300/228/500L) for c.10–20 months; bottled largely unfined/unfiltered.

Jean‑Luc Jamet launched his eponymous domaine after splitting from the family estate (2012/2013); he farms ~8 ha around Ampuis and blends multiple top Côte‑Rôtie parcels to make Les Terrasses.
