Mineral-driven with oyster-shell and seaweed salinity, bright citrus (lemon, pomelo), white flowers, almond skin and a creamy, lightly spicy finish. Concentrated yet precise, with energetic acidity and a long, stony finish.

釀造方式
 
Organic viticulture; pneumatic pressing, cold static settling; spontaneous (native) fermentation; aged ~18 months in Burgundy barrels with minimal intervention.
