Crisp, mineral-driven Chablis with lemon and green apple, oyster-shell salinity, hints of hazelnut and toasted bread, bright acidity and a long saline finish.

Domaine Jean Collet & Fils: family-owned since 1792; Jean Collet founded the domaine in 1952. Now run by Romain Collet with ~40 ha across Chablis including several 1er Cru parcels.
