Concentrated Chardonnay with orchard fruit, white flowers, toasted hazelnut, citrus peel and pronounced stony minerality; rich, creamy mid-palate, bright acid and a long, saline finish.

Western: lobster, scallops, foie gras, truffle risotto, roasted chicken, creamy pasta. Asian: miso-glazed sea bass, tempura prawns, steamed lobster (Cantonese), delicate sushi/sashimi, chicken in cream or butter sauces.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; gentle pressing, barrel fermentation and élevage (≈12 months, ~20% new oak) then ~6 months in stainless steel; light filtration and bottled after ~18 months.
