Pure, intense citrus (lime, lemon blossom, orange rind) with piercing steely/slate mineral, talc and saline notes. Very racy, mouth‑puckering acidity and a long, dry, lime-tinged finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; ACO certified organic and biodynamic farming. Fruit is cold-settled and fermented in stainless steel in separate batches with neutral yeasts; usually bottled unfined/vegan.
