Concentrated blackcurrant, dark plum and wild blackberry with sage/rosemary notes, licorice and dark chocolate. Fine-grain tannins, lively acidity and a long, sleek finish — built for cellaring.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested fruit from an isolated high-altitude vineyard; organically/biodynamically farmed. Gentle fermentation with minimal intervention, matured in French oak, bottled under screwcap with sulphur as sole additive.

Jeffrey Grosset established the Auburn/Clare Valley estate; Gaia is sourced from the Gaia vineyard (planted 1986) at the highest point of Clare Valley. Estate is farmed organically/biodynamically.
