Scented red-fruit core of wild strawberry, sour cherry and pomegranate with floral iris and white‑lilac notes, subtle earth and spice, gentle vanillin oak. Silky texture, fine filigree tannins, medium body and a long, precise finish.

Western: roast duck, mushroom risotto, roast pork, lamb, roasted root vegetables, aged soft cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso‑glazed salmon, beef bulgogi, shiitake and tofu dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand‑harvested, 100% destemmed; fermented on indigenous yeasts in open wooden vats (15–20 day maceration); aged ~18 months in French oak (≈15% new). Low‑intervention viticulture (organic practices, not certified).
