Perfumed red cherry and raspberry with rose petal, orange rind and Indian spice; crushed-stone minerality, sous-bois notes. Medium–full-bodied, layered, powdery tannins, lively acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.

100% destemmed Pinot Noir; 15–20 day ambient-yeast open-vat fermentation; ~18 months in oak (≈15% new); racked twice and finished in tank before bottling. Sustainable viticulture.
