Straw-yellow with green glints. Aromas of white peach, apple, pear, lemon blossom and hawthorn, with Mediterranean herbs and lemongrass. Fresh, mineral and savory on the palate with balanced acidity and a long fruity finish.

Western: grilled or baked white fish, seafood pasta, light first courses, lemon-herb chicken, fresh cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, sashimi-style sea bream, miso-glazed salmon, light Thai fish curries, Vietnamese seafood salads.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; gentle pressing; cold-controlled fermentation (~20 days) and ~60 days aging on fine lees. Short maturation in barrique/steel used in some lots. Certified organic viticulture.
 

 
酒莊資訊
 
Il Borro estate (bought by Ferruccio Ferragamo in 1993) farms ~85 ha of vineyards. Organic and eco‑sustainable practices since 2015; managed by Salvatore and Vittoria Ferragamo.
