Concentrated red and black cherry, wild strawberry, spice, leather and earth. Silky yet structured with ripe tannins, bright acidity and a persistent, savory finish.

Western: roast lamb, beef short ribs, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses (Epoisses). Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed cod, soy-braised beef short ribs.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Traditional Burgundian vinification: destemmed fruit, controlled cuvaison and fermentation, matured 12–18 months in French oak barrels (portion new), then cellared post-auction for further development.
