Concentrated black and blue fruits (blackberry, plum), violet and truffle notes, spice, licorice and subtle cedar. Silky, plush texture with polished tannins, mineral lift and a long, savory finish.

Western: roast lamb, beef ribeye, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Korean BBQ short ribs, miso-glazed eggplant.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, double-sorted; fermentations in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless vats; gentle maceration/extraction; aged 16–18 months in French oak (≈50% new). Certified HVE3.

Château Hosanna (Ets. Jean‑Pierre Moueix) – 4.5 ha on Pomerol’s central plateau, formerly Certan Giraud; old Cabernet Franc vines (1950s); bought by Moueix in 1999.
