Perfumed Pomerol: concentrated black cherry, plum, dark chocolate, rose oil, truffle and mocha with eucalyptus and spice. Silky, dense, fine‑grained tannins and saline minerality lead to a long, layered finish.
 

 
搭配食物
 
Western: roast lamb, braised beef short ribs, mushroom risotto, aged sheep or cow cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ short ribs, soy-braised pork belly, miso-glazed eggplant.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested with double sorting; fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless-steel vats with gentle extraction; aged 16–18 months in French oak (≈50% new).
