Heather-honey sweetness with baked cherries, dark chocolate, orange zest, salted honeycomb and gentle heather peat smoke; rich, multi-layered and maritime, with a long, warming finish.
 

 
搭配食物
 
Western: roast lamb, aged cheddar, dark chocolate, sticky toffee pudding. Asian: yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), miso-glazed fish, char siu, grilled mackerel (saba shioyaki).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Made from 100% malted barley (approx. 20% floor-malted on site over heather peat), double pot-distilled and matured a minimum 18 years in ex-sherry American and European oak casks.
