品鑑筆記
 
Floral nose of rose and lychee; honeyed sweetness with candied orange peel, white chocolate and gentle spice. Long, subtle finish with mizunara (Japanese oak) and sandalwood notes.

Sushi and sashimi, tempura, yakitori, teriyaki, grilled eel (unagi); roast pork or duck, smoked salmon, creamy cheeses (brie, aged cheddar), dark chocolate, fruit tarts, matcha or mochi desserts.
 

 
釀造方式
 
No-age-statement blend of 10+ malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita, matured in multiple cask types (American oak, sherry, mizunara) and expertly married by Suntory blenders.

Hibiki is Suntory’s luxury blended whisky brand (introduced 1989). Japanese Harmony, a NAS expression, was launched in 2015 and is produced by the House of Suntory’s Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries.
