品鑑筆記
 
Warm vanilla, clove and cinnamon with toasted oak, caramel and dried stone fruits. Silky palate of toasted almond and candied citrus, a hint of fresh grape, finishing long, smooth and spiced.

Western: dark chocolate, roasted lamb, foie gras, aged cheeses. Asian: mooncakes, Peking duck, Cantonese roast pork, spicy Szechuan dishes, pairs well with oolong tea-based serves.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Double-distilled Ugni Blanc eaux-de-vie, blended from over 60 components and matured in French oak barrels, then married and finished in cask before bottling.

Maison Hennessy, founded 1765 in Cognac, blends and ages eaux-de-vie to create VSOP. The 2025 limited edition was produced for the Mid-Autumn Festival in collaboration with Jackson Wang.
