Concentrated black cherry, blackberry and plum with garrigue, spice, toasted cedar and vanilla. Full-bodied and earthy, with polished yet slightly grainy tannins, balanced acidity and a long, savory finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested from centenarian vines; spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in large concrete vats; ~25 days maceration; aged ~9 months in 500L French oak (used) then ~10 months in concrete; bottled May 2020.

Hacienda Solano (Cubillo family) single‑vineyard 'Paraje de Cascorrales' (planted c.1895). Estate works sustainably without herbicides/pesticides; historically a grower estate turned producer (estate project c.2001).
