Deep cherry-red; intense aromas of ripe black fruits (blackberry, plum), underbrush, clove, cedar and toasted oak. Powerful, structured palate with silky tannins, balanced acidity and long, persistent finish.

Hand-harvested from centenary vines; native-yeast fermentation in concrete with manual pigeage; post-fermentation maceration; aged in French oak (medium/large format) and concrete/steel for ~18–19 months total; minimal intervention.
