Bright golden with fine mousse. Aromas of pear, orange blossom, cherry and toasted almond. Palate shows ripe citrus, green apple, pear, white peach, pastry, ginger and a long, mineral finish.

釀造方式
 
Méthode traditionnelle: whole-bunch pressed, primary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel (small portion in old oak), secondary fermentation in-bottle and aged on lees (min. ~25 months).
