品鑑筆記
 
Bright golden with fine mousse. Aromas of pear, orange blossom and red-apple. Palate shows citrus and orchard fruits—lemon, orange, pear—plus stone fruit, ginger, brioche and toasted pastry, finishing long and toasty.

Western: roast chicken, smoked salmon, oysters, shellfish, creamy pâté, roast pork. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, dim sum, Peking duck, mildly spicy Thai dishes, Cantonese seafood.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Traditional method (méthode traditionnelle). Whole-bunch pressed, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel with a small % in old oak; extended lees ageing (multi‑year) before disgorgement.
