Bright golden; citrus, green apple and pear with honeyed stone-fruit, brioche, toasted hazelnut and gentle ginger spice. Pronounced minerality, sleek mousse and a long, elegant finish.

Méthode traditionnelle: whole-bunch pressed, settled 12–24h, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel (small % in old oak), extended lees ageing (min. ~33 months) before disgorgement.
