Lively Chenin with citrus, pear and white stone fruit, toasted almond and subtle oak, bright acidity, chalky minerality and saline, savory finish. Medium-bodied, taut and precise with a long, stony finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Chenin; whole-cluster pressing; indigenous yeast fermentation; malolactic blocked/partial; aged 9–18 months on fine lees in a mix of used and some newer French oak barrels.

Domaine Guiberteau is a family-run Saumur estate (~14–17 ha) focused on Chenin and Cabernet Franc; converted to organic practices in the early 2000s and certified in 2007.
