Ripe white peach, mandarin oil, pear and white flowers with wet-stone/mineral notes, toasted almond and beeswax. Medium–full, satiny texture, bright racy acidity and a long, chalky finish.

Western: roast chicken with buttered herbs, lobster or scallops with beurre blanc, mushroom risotto, pork loin with cream sauce. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, sushi/uni, mild Thai green curry or Cantonese-style soy/mushroom dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Made from free-run and first-press juice only (no pressings blended back). Gentle vertical pressing, native fermentations, élevage partly in oak (c.20% new for 10 months) then concrete; bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Domaine Guffens-Heynen (Jean‑Marie & Maine Guffens) founded late 1970s; ~5.6 ha in Pierreclos, Vergisson and Davayé. Organic/minimal-intervention viticulture, meticulous hand-harvest and low yields. Highly allocation-driven, artisanal producer.
