Fresh pale-straw color; intense aromas of citrus, green pear, white flowers and light herbs. Crisp citrus and green apple on the palate with rounded Sémillon texture, minerality and a clean, refreshing finish.

Oysters, grilled prawns, seafood paella, fresh goat cheese, roasted chicken with lemon; sashimi and sushi, Thai (milder) curries, Vietnamese spring rolls, Chinese steamed fish with ginger.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; maceration and pressing, must settled; low-temperature stainless-steel fermentation; aged on fine lees ~2 months; bottled 4–5 months after harvest. Certified sustainable viticulture.

9-hectare estate dating to the 17th century, owned by Famille Médeville & Fils. Planted mainly with Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon; small-production, sustainably managed vineyards.
