Bright, perfumed Pinot Noir with cherry, raspberry and cranberry, red florals, light spice and savory mushroom notes; chalky fine tannins, lively acidity, light–medium body and a persistent mineral-tinged finish.

Certified organic (BioGro), hand-harvested fruit, cool-climate fermentations, small percentage maturation in French oak (mostly neutral), ~9–11 months ageing, minimal intervention, bottled under screwcap.
