Dense black fruits (blackberry, mulberry) with dark cocoa, cedary oak, black pepper and savory spice; powdery tannins, layered palate and a long chocolate-berry finish.

Western: dry‑aged ribeye, wagyu scotch, grilled lamb, venison, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, beef rendang, Sichuan pepper beef, spicy Malaysian or Cantonese braised beef.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand‑picked old‑vine fruit; small whole‑bunch component; fermented in open stainless steel and concrete fermenters with heading boards; basket pressed and matured 18–22 months in French and American oak (hogheads/hogsheads and foudres).
