Mineral-driven Chablis with bright citrus (lime, mandarin), white flowers, flint/iodine and a hint of pastry oak. Broad, fresh palate with saline, slightly bitter citrus finish and persistent length.

釀造方式
 
Grapes picked at peak ripeness; juice settled, fermented mainly in stainless steel with ~20% oak; aged 12 months on fine lees with occasional bâtonnage and precision blending.
