品鑑筆記
 
Inky purple. Aromas of black and dark-blue fruits, warm spice and toasty oak with subtle jammy sweetness. Medium–full, textured and velvety, showing ripe fleshy fruit, harmonious tannins and a long, slightly spiced finish.

Grilled or roasted lamb, roast beef, braised short ribs, game and aged hard cheeses (western); Peking duck, char siu, braised pork belly, Sichuan-style beef, Korean BBQ and mushroom-stewed dishes (asian).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Fermented in small stainless-steel tanks with partial natural-yeast fermentation; MLF in neutral barrels; aged 14 months with 20% new French oak; lightly rack & micro-filtered prior to bottling.
