Copper‑pink with aromas of cherries, ripe pink grapefruit and white peach. Clean, fresh entry with an enveloping silky texture, balanced acidity and a citrus‑mineral finish.

釀造方式
 
Traditional method (bottle fermentation). Base wines aged ~9 months on first‑fermentation lees; secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees ageing (≈60 months) before disgorgement. Malolactic limited to preserve acidity.
