Bright citrus and green apple with brioche, toasted almond and light honeyed notes. Fine, persistent mousse, mineral undertow and precise acidity yielding a long, elegant finish.

釀造方式
 
Non‑vintage assemblage produced by traditional method (méthode champenoise). Base wines in stainless steel, minimal intervention, no malolactic in most cuvées, aged 3–5 years on lees; dosage ~7–8 g/L.
 

 
酒莊資訊
 
Maison Gosset, founded 1584 in Aÿ, is Champagne's oldest house. Now part of the Renaud‑Cointreau group, it sources mainly Grand & Premier Cru vineyards and ages wines in historic Épernay cellars.
