Bright straw-yellow; fine mousse. Aromas of white flowers, pear, peach and mirabelle; palate pure, creamy, vivacious with saline minerality and a crisp, citrus-tinged finish.

Traditional method (Méthode Champenoise); base fermentation in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation; minimum 48 months on lees; extra-brut dosage ~4.8 g/L; disgorged 6–9 months.
