品鑑筆記
 
Deep amber; nose of chocolate ganache, plum jam, manuka honey, lemon zest, toasted cinnamon and orange blossom. Palate of sweet fig, blood orange, warming ginger, toasted oak and charred pineapple; long, sweet, gently spicy finish.

Western: triple-cream and blue cheeses, foie gras, dark chocolate desserts, roasted lamb, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (roast pork), miso-glazed salmon, spiced Chinese braised pork, rich Korean barbecue.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Double copper pot still distillation from 100% malted barley; matured ~25 years in oak, finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry and Tronçais oak Cognac casks; bottled at 43% ABV.
