Rich, exotic and sweet: vanilla, toffee, fig, banana, lime and ginger. Soft then brisk, peppery with oak, a touch of smoke and a very long, warming, spicy finish.

Western: dark chocolate, crème brûlée, blue cheese, roasted pork or lamb, pecan pie. Asian: char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Peking duck, Korean BBQ, spiced Thai or Indian dishes, coconut curries.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Matured 21 years in oak then finished up to four months in hand‑selected Caribbean rum casks; married and bottled at 40% ABV.
