品鑑筆記
 
Rich sherry-driven single malt: dried fruits (raisins, sultana), dark chocolate, toffee, vanilla, orange peel and warm baking spices over oak; oily, creamy mouthfeel with a medium-dry, nutty finish.
 

 
搭配食物
 
Western: roast lamb, aged cheddar, sticky toffee pudding, dark chocolate desserts. Asian: char siu or Peking duck, hoisin-glazed pork, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), sticky Chinese red-braised dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Pot-still single malt distilled from 100% malted barley; matured minimum 12 years in a combination of Spanish Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks; non-chill-filtered, natural colour, bottled at 43% ABV.
