Aromas of blackcurrant, plum, cedar, violet and subtle tobacco. Medium-to-full-bodied with supple, ripe tannins, dark chocolate and savory notes; floral Margaux lift and a focused, moderately long finish.

Western: roast lamb, côte de boeuf, beef stew, mushroom risotto, aged comté or Manchego. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (BBQ pork), Korean BBQ (bulgogi), braised short ribs, mushroom hot pot.

Hand-harvested; fermentation in stainless steel/concrete vats with controlled maceration; aged 14–18 months in French oak (≈30–40% new).
