Fresh red cherry and raspberry with floral notes, light spice and earthy/mineral undertones; supple tannins and medium body, clean acidity and a lingering red-fruit finish.

Western: roast duck, lamb chops, beef stews, mushroom risotto, charcuterie and soft cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (pork/beef), mushroom or soy-miso stir-fry, grilled salmon with miso glaze.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir, traditional fermentation, élevage 14–18 months in French oak barrels (approx. 30% new) to add structure and spice. Sustainable/viticulture raisonnée practices in the vineyard.

Family domaine founded 1954 (Edmond Geantet & Bernadette Pansiot), now run by Vincent and son Fabien; ~22 hectares in Côte de Nuits, farming without herbicides and using reasoned/sustainable practices.
