Perfumed red cherry, raspberry and rose-petal aromas with vanilla and warm spice. Silky mid-palate, bright acidity, fine dusty tannins and a long mineral finish.

Western: roast duck, coq au vin, mushroom risotto, pork loin with herbs, aged cow's milk cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed black cod, teriyaki salmon, char siu, mushroom hot pot, yakitori (lightly charred).
 

 
釀造方式
 
100% Pinot Noir; hand-harvested and fermented (traditionally), aged ~18 months in oak barrels with ~50% new oak.
