Medium-bodied Pauillac: blackcurrant and blackberry with wild strawberry notes, graphite and cedar, brambly yet refined tannins, tobacco and light charcoal on the finish; fresh, mineral-driven and classically Pauillac.

Roast lamb, rib‑eye or beef brisket, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar or Comté; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ beef, braised short ribs with soy/ginger.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Traditional Bordeaux vinification with gentle extraction; matured ~16–18 months in oak, c.75% new oak; low yields and careful sorting (reported ~31 hl/ha for 2013).

Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste (Borie family) — ~55 ha on gravelly 'puy' in Bages, Pauillac. Owned by the Borie family since 1978; vines average ~35–38 years.
