Bright citrus and lemon-meringue aromas with white-peach notes. Incisive, mineral palate with delicate fine bubbles, creamy mid-palate and a long, saline finish.

釀造方式
 
100% Grand Cru Chardonnay from Cramant. Made by traditional method (méthode champenoise) at relatively low pressure (4.5 bar), aged a minimum ~36 months on lees, light dosage (~6 g/L).
