Bright citrus (lemon, grapefruit), white orchard fruit (pear, apple), fresh flowers, lemon meringue and delicate brioche; very fine mousse, pronounced minerality and a crisp, long finish.

釀造方式
 
Méthode traditionnelle (secondary fermentation in bottle); sourced from Cramant Grand Cru Chardonnay, minimum three years on lees, light dosage (~6 g/L) and reportedly bottled at a lower pressure (~4.5 bars) for subtle sparkle.
