Perfumed red-cherry and raspberry fruit with violet florals, subtle spice, earth and wet stone. Silky, fine-grained tannins, elegant acidity and a lingering, savory finish—classic Chambolle finesse with a tender, plush core.

釀造方式
 
Organically farmed; hand-harvested, partial destemming (c.60–75% for village lots), foot-crushed, fermented in small tanks and aged in French oak (village ~30% new).

Owned by François Feuillet with David Duband as winemaker since 1991; ~17 ha across the Côte de Nuits. Certified organic (Ecocert) since 2010; domaine focuses on low yields and high-quality Burgundian sites.
