Dark ruby with concentrated blackcurrant, cherry and raspberry, plus cocoa, vanilla, menthol and black pepper. Full-bodied, ripe fruit, fine-grained tannins and a long, spicy, mineral finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Cabernet; fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel (25–27°C) with ~2-week maceration; aged 18 months in 225L French and American oak (30% new).
