Bright ruby with cherry and red-berry aromas, orange zest and dried florals. Medium-full palate of ripe sour cherry, plum, savory spice and crushed stone, framed by fine-grained tannins and a saline, persistent finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Sangiovese; fermentation in stainless-steel truncated-conic vats (26–28°C) with 15–18 days maceration; malolactic in oak; 18–20 months ageing in French oak barrels (500/225L, ~50% new), finished in concrete.
