Concentrated Grand Cru Chardonnay: layered white orchard fruit, lemon zest, beeswax, hazelnut, warm spice and wet-stone minerality. Rich, broad-shouldered with vibrant acidity and a very long, age-worthy saline finish.
 

 
搭配食物
 
Western: butter-poached lobster, seared scallops, roasted chicken, creamy pasta, aged Comté. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, soy-poached lobster, sashimi/otoro, tempura, Cantonese roast pork.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; native-yeast fermentation (stainless steel), aged ~11–12 months in French oak (≈1/3 new); light fining and slight filtration.

Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard founded 1985 (≈12 ha). Céline Fontaine has led the domaine since 2007. Holdings include Montrachet, Bâtard-Montrachet and Criots; traditional Burgundian, low-intervention approach.
