Concentrated white Burgundy: lemon verbena, orchard fruit, beeswax, hazelnut and saline minerality. Powerful, well-structured palate with lively acidity, bright citrus grip and a long saline finish, built for ageing.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Chardonnay fermented on indigenous yeasts; matured ~12–14 months in French oak barrels (approx. 25–35% new), aged on lees with occasional bâtonnage.

Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard, founded 1985 by Laurence Gagnard & Richard Fontaine and run by Céline Fontaine since 2007; ~12 ha in Chassagne with holdings in Bâtard-Montrachet, Criots and Montrachet.
