Intense citrus and ripe stone fruit (peach, mango) with pineapple and saline-mineral undertones, a hint of vanilla/cinnamon and subtle oak; juicy, tense, balanced with a citrus finish.

Western: grilled or roasted white fish, seafood risotto, clams/pasta alle vongole, roasted chicken. Asian: sashimi/sushi, Chinese steamed fish with ginger, Thai seafood curry, Korean grilled fish (maeuntang-style).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Grillo; fermented in ovoid concrete eggs and small barrels (~20 days), aged on the lees in the same vessels for ~6 months. Organic practices.
