Fragrant violets and dark cherry with bilberry, damson plum and cassis; hints of dried herbs, anise and spice. Silky, fine-grained tannins, medium-bodied with minerality and a persistent, floral finish.

Estate biodynamic (Demeter) farming; hand‑harvested, partial whole‑cluster (≈20–25%), indigenous yeast fermentation, wild malo, matured ~13 months in French oak (≈25% new); minimal intervention, gravity‑flow winery, screwcap closure.
