Silky, floral Pinot with red cherry, black plum, spice and earthy/savoury notes. Concentrated core, fine- to chalky tannins and a long mineral-tinged finish.

Western: roast duck, herb-crusted lamb, mushroom risotto, porcini pasta, aged Gruyère. Asian: Peking duck, char siu or hoisin pork, miso-glazed salmon, teriyaki chicken, braised shiitake dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Biodynamic, minimal-intervention winemaking; ~20% whole-bunch, native-yeast fermentations with long pre-fermentation soak; open-top fermenters; aged 15–17 months in French French oak; unfined and unfiltered.
