Concentrated yellow stone fruit and citrus pith with almond/ brioche lees notes, discreet oak, saline minerality and bright acidity; broad, rich mid-palate and a long, refined finish.

Western: roast chicken, creamy pasta or mushroom risotto, lobster or crab, pork belly with herb jus. Asian: miso-glazed salmon or cod, seared scallops with soy-butter, salmon or tuna sushi, tempura, mild coconut-based or lemongrass seafood dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Biodynamic viticulture (Demeter); whole-bunch pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation in seasoned French oak (≈5% new), full malolactic and ~16 months barrel ageing with extended lees contact.

Felton Road (Elms Vineyard) founded early 1990s; Block 6 planted 1993 on north-facing Bannockburn slopes. Estate is organic/biodynamic and highly regarded for Central Otago Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
